Welcome to Finch Wireless.AI (“Finch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, activating, or using Finch Wireless.AI services, SIM cards, eSIMs, devices, or applications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Service Overview

Finch Wireless.AI provides prepaid, no-contract wireless voice, text, and data services powered by a nationwide cellular network. Services are offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
  • Able to provide accurate personal and billing information
  • Using a compatible and unlocked device

3. Plans & Billing

  • All plans are prepaid and billed in advance
  • Monthly plans renew automatically unless canceled
  • Prices, features, and data allotments are subject to change
  • Taxes, fees, and regulatory surcharges may apply where required

No refunds or credits for partial months or unused services.

4. Data Usage & Network Management

  • High-speed data is available up to your plan’s data allowance
  • After reaching your high-speed limit, speeds may be reduced
  • Network performance may vary due to:
    • Coverage
    • Device capability
    • Network congestion
    • Location

Finch Wireless.AI may implement reasonable network management to ensure fair usage.

5. Fair Use Policy

Unlimited plans are intended for personal, normal use. Prohibited activities include:

  • Excessive or abusive usage
  • Automated dialing or messaging
  • Resale or commercial redistribution
  • SIM farming or network manipulation

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. SIM Cards & eSIM

  • Finch SIMs and eSIMs remain Finch property
  • Lost or damaged SIMs may require replacement fees
  • SIM activation occurs upon successful provisioning
  • Only Finch-approved SIMs may be used on the network

7. Device Compatibility

  • Devices must be unlocked and network-compatible
  • Finch is not responsible for unsupported or incompatible devices
  • eSIM availability depends on device model and software

8. Number Porting

  • Number port-in requests require accurate information
  • Finch is not responsible for delays caused by previous carriers
  • Temporary numbers may be issued during porting

9. Suspension & Termination

Finch may suspend or terminate service for:

  • Non-payment
  • Fraud or abuse
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Regulatory or carrier requirements

Customers may cancel service at any time by discontinuing renewal.

10. No Emergency Guarantee

Wireless service may not be available at all times, including during emergencies.

Finch does not guarantee uninterrupted access to 911 services.

Support is available via:

  • Self-service account portal

Support hours and response times may vary.

12. Privacy

Your use of Finch services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Finch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current month of service

14. No Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Changes to Terms

Finch Wireless.AI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
