📲 Finch Wireless.AI – SIM Setup & Activation Guide

✅ Before You Start

Make sure you have:

  • An unlocked phone
  • Your Finch Wireless.AI SIM card or eSIM QR code
  • Wi-Fi connection (recommended)
  • Your ID & current carrier info (only if keeping your number)

📱 OPTION 1: Physical SIM Card Setup

🔹 Step 1: Power Off Your Phone

Turn your phone completely OFF before inserting the SIM.

🔹 Step 2: Insert Your Finch SIM

  1. Use the SIM eject tool or paper clip
  2. Insert the Finch Wireless.AI SIM into the tray
  3. Reinsert the tray securely

🔹 Step 3: Power On Your Phone

Turn your phone ON and wait 1–2 minutes for signal.

🔹 Step 4: Activate Your Service

Go to:

👉 www.finchwireless.ai/activate

You will be asked to:

  • Enter SIM ICCID (printed on the SIM)
  • Choose New Number or Keep Your Number
  • Select your plan
  • Complete activation

🔹 Step 5: Restart Your Phone

After activation, restart your phone to finalize setup.

🔹 Step 6: Test Your Service

  • Make a call
  • Send a text
  • Turn on mobile data

📲 OPTION 2: eSIM Setup (No Physical SIM Needed)

🔹 Step 1: Check eSIM Compatibility

Your phone must support eSIM (iPhone XS+, Pixel, Samsung S20+).

🔹 Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is required for eSIM download.

🔹 Step 3: Scan eSIM QR Code

  1. Go to Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data
  2. Tap Add eSIM
  3. Scan the Finch Wireless.AI QR code
  4. Confirm installation

🔹 Step 4: Activate Line

Follow on-screen prompts or visit:

🔹 Step 5: Restart Phone & Test

Restart your phone and test calls, texts, and data.

🔁 Number Transfer (Port-In) Tips

To keep your number, you’ll need:

  • Current carrier Account Number
  • Port-Out PIN
  • Name & ZIP code on the account

⚠️ Do NOT cancel your old service until transfer completes.

⚙️ Troubleshooting Tips

  • Restart phone twice if no signal
  • Toggle Airplane Mode ON/OFF
  • Ensure Mobile Data is ON
  • Set Network Mode to 5G/4G LTE Auto
