1. Prepaid, No-Contract Service

Finch Wireless.AI provides prepaid, month-to-month wireless service with no long-term contracts.

You may cancel your service at any time, but refunds are limited as described below.

2. Monthly Plan Charges (No Refunds)

  • All monthly service plans are billed in advance
  • Once a billing cycle begins, no refunds or credits are provided for:
    • Partial months
    • Unused data, minutes, or texts
    • Early cancellation
    • Port-out or service suspension

This policy applies even if service is canceled shortly after renewal.

3. Promotional & Free Trial Offers

  • Promotional offers (including First Month Free) are non-refundable
  • If you cancel during a free trial:
    • No charges will be applied
    • Service will end immediately or at trial expiration
  • Promotional discounts have no cash value

4. SIM Cards & eSIMs

  • Activated SIM cards or eSIMs are non-refundable
  • Physical SIMs that are:
    • Unused
    • Unopened
    • Not activated
      may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, excluding shipping fees

Replacement SIMs may incur a replacement fee.

5. Activation & Fees

  • Activation fees, regulatory fees, and add-ons are non-refundable
  • Failed activations due to customer-provided incorrect information are not eligible for refunds

6. Device Purchases (If Applicable)

If Finch Wireless.AI offers devices:

  • Devices must be returned unused and in original condition
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Refunds exclude shipping, taxes, and restocking fees (if applicable)

7. Cancellation Process

You may cancel service by:

  • Logging into your Finch Wireless.AI account and stopping renewal
  • Allowing your plan to expire without payment
  • Contacting customer support

8. Suspension & Termination

Billing disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.

Approved billing errors may result in account credit or refund at Finch’s discretion.

All services, promotions, credits, and plan balances have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed.
